Shipping and Return Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All PRODUCT orders that are fulfilled from our contracted distribution center typically ship the same day or the next business day.

Domestic Economy” shipping is free of charge and most orders should arrive within 5 days of shipment.

The exceptions are drop-shipped orders. The delivery times on these orders can vary based on a number of conditions. If an item is drop-shipped from the manufacturer (based on a specific request or special circumstances) then shipping fees may apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All PRODUCTS shipped internationally from the United States will be imported on behalf of the consignee/customer. The consignee/customer authorizes us to import the PRODUCTS on his/her behalf. Further, the consignee/customer agrees that we may delegate the obligation to import the PRODUCTS on his/her behalf to a subcontractor (such as a customs broker). The consignee/customer will pay all taxes and applicable duties in addition to the purchase price of the PRODUCTS.

BACKORDERS

Occasionally, PRODUCTS may be out of stock and on backorder. When this happens, we will notify the customer by email. Any PRODUCTS in the order that are not on backorder will be shipped in accordance with our standard shipping policy. The backordered  item(s) will be shipped as soon as they become available and at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to cancel any customer PRODUCT order for any reason.

In the unfortunate event that a cancellation occurs, any payment(s) received by us from the customer will be promptly refunded or returned (as appropriate to the transaction). The customer will be notified of the cancellation and the refund or return, either by email or telephone. Failure to provide a valid email or telephone number to us will delay the resolution of any order issues.

If an adequate address, or other order information, is not properly provided, we reserve the right to reach out to the customer to resolve any and all concerns that may arise with a PRODUCT order. This may occur either before and/or after the order is received or shipped.

In the event that we are unable to contact a customer regarding an issue with their PRODUCT order, prior to that order being shipped, that order will be cancelled within 72 hours and an appropriate refund or return (as appropriate to the transaction) will be made.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for a refund to post or for an authorization to be removed.
